Tooth Fairy

My daughter is almost 7 and losing teeth is a really big deal.  There is always debate if the Fairy will acknowledge a tooth not lost at home OR even worse what if the tooth you just lost, gets lost!!  M allowed her teacher (not her mom) to pull her tooth out at school.  M was concerned about the Fairy delivering the goods.  SO to cover her bases, M wrote the Fairy a note and left it with her tooth on her nightstand.  Fairy was very happy to receive the note and Fairy left M a reply and $5.
Lesson learned: There's nothing a note cannot solve :)

  3. That is so cute! Save that note. And I agree, I definitely did not get that much money for losing a tooth.

  5. Oh my gosh her teacher pulled her tooth? What a brave teacher! I'm glad she's learned the art of note writing early on! :)

  6. Spotted your blog on another preppy blogger's blogroll and had to pop over and check out your blog when I saw the words: Torch Lake. We spend part of each summer up north and it is honestly the best part of my year. Just wanted to say hello!

  7. that is so cute! I remember when I was younger that my mom gave us a quarter for every tooth we had lost to date. Boy have things changed! Its funny though because I wanted the money so I would pull a tooth out once a week and saved up my money. hah! It was very dissapointing to realize that there would be no more money under my pillow since all of my baby teeth were gone by age 7!!!
